There will be no charge for the CD. However, there will be a charge for shipping and handling. It will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service using media mail. The total cost will be $3.50 shipped anywhere in the United States.
The only method of payment accepted will be PayPal. There is also a 40 cent PayPal fee that is added for a total of $3.90.
Shipping will take from seven to ten days in most areas.
